The calculation of fees is based on one of the following three methods:
- Fixed Hourly Fee : The hourly rate is €300 excluding VAT (20% VAT) per hour. This rate is determined based on the lawyer’s reputation and experience.
- Flat fee/ Lump-Sum Fee
A global rate is applied for the entire assigned mission. - Contingency fee
With the client’s prior agreement, the lawyer may set a supplementary contingency fee in addition to the regular fees, based on the result obtained.
Consultations (at the office or by phone) are charged €120 including VAT for a half-hour during the first consultation.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
The annual subscription contract allows the client to benefit from a preferential rate for advisory services, based on an annual fee for a specific duration agreed upon at the time of contract signing.
