Founder & Managing Partner – Lead Attorney
Attorney at the Paris Bar, with dual French and Vietnamese nationality, Doctor of Law, lecturer at CNAM since 2015, and associate member of the IRDAP (Institute for Research in Business Law and Heritage), Me Phuong COLLIAC is the founding partner of CEVEN LAW. She offers her expertise in various fields of business law, tax law, and immigration law.

Me Phuong COLLIAC provides her clients with the know-how and responsiveness necessary for their information and the defense of their interests, both in advisory and judicial proceedings. Thanks to her extensive experience serving both French and international clients, and her correspondence office in Brussels, she supports clients in successfully carrying out their projects in France, Belgium, and Vietnam.
As a real estate attorney in France since 2019, Me Phuong COLLIAC’s experiences includes: Creation and management of real estate companies, drafting commercial and professional leases, business sales and real estate acquisitions, legal financing mechanisms.
