CEVEN LAW

CEVEN LAW FIRM

Your  Partner in France, Vietnam, Belgium and Worldwide.

For several years, CEVEN LAW, a French law firm with an international vocation, has been putting its know-how, skills, and experience at the service of small and medium-sized enterprises, national and international investor groups, start-ups, as well as private individuals.

The firm’s objective is to ensure its clients’ security in an ever-changing environment.

The firm’s expertise is built around three key areas: tax law, business law, and immigration law (droit des étrangers). In each of these areas, the firm distinguishes itself through sharp expertise, availability, rigor, and tailor-made legal support in handling cases, both in advisory and litigation matters.

CEVEN LAW operates across several sectors, including finance, real estate, industry, commerce, logistics, consumer goods, import-export, and new technologies, offering legal solutions adapted to the specific needs of each sector.

Thanks to a strong network built over the years with correspondent law firms in Brussels and Vietnam, as well as the extensive experience of Ms. Phuong COLLIAC in connection with Vietnam — notably as an arbitrator with the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) — CEVEN LAW supports you in France, in Vietnam, and beyond.

The firm advises and defends major international groups as well as mid-sized companies on strategic matters such as risk management, regulatory compliance of establishment structures (subsidiaries, branches, etc.), and the liability of foreign investors and executives in France, Vietnam, and internationally.

CEVEN LAW takes pride in offering tailored solutions, available in French, English, and Vietnamese. Assistance in Dutch is also available through its correspondent firm.

Following the acquisition of the QUALIOPI certification, a recognized quality label for training processes, CEVEN LAW also offers training programs in tax law, business law, and immigration law. These training sessions are led by Ms. Phuong COLLIAC, who has taught tax law and business law courses at several institutions in France since 2015. The programs are tailored to different levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and are delivered in person or online. Each training session aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge, with an emphasis on relevant legal developments directly applicable in the professional world.
